How do you believe in something you can't see?

How do you believe in something you can't see? How do you see something when you don’t believe? I can't see wires in the walls, but I don't hesitate to turn the lights on because somewhere I know something exists that does it. I don’t see my heart pumping blood but I can feel it when I'm panicked. I don’t wonder where the sun is at night and it comes up every morning. Invisible is a big part of our everyday lives. We know how to use stuff but we don't necessarily know exactly why everything we use actually works.

We just want to know how, we don't always want to know why. 

Why is this site called Sherringenergy?

Well my name is Sherri with an “i“ not a “y”. My name is Sherri with two “r’s” not one. My name is Sherri with a “sh” not a “ch”. Spelling my name is like talking about energy. It's not always spelled correctly but I am still Sherri, Sherry or Cheri regardless. When my name is spelled wrong it doesn’t change my existence.

Why and How ...  

Whether we understand why or how energy exists in our lives it doesn’t change that fact that it's always there. Learning the how, then the why does makes it easier to use when we understand more.

I honestly never thought about energy until someone told me my left hand was hotter than my right when I worked in orthopedics physical therapy back in the 90's. That broke open the door into an energy world that was definitely hard to explain. I spent lots of time reading books and listening to late night internet interviews (on dial-up) with people who talked about energy exchange between people.

Fast forward 20+ years and where I find myself is in a world that is moving very fast delivering information at the speed of light.

When a sponge gets fully saturated it actually cannot take anything else in. It needs a good squeezing to make room for more.

I am like a sponge and I am a resourceful character. I am always wringing myself out making room for more. Sometimes....

I think pulling out exactly what I need has been a personal journey for me. What I am “to do” now is help others learn how to squeeze themselves out making space inside. Not for more, but to not saturate themselves with anymore than what they actually need. Similar to cooking by just adding enough ingredients to make something taste good and not overwhelming it with too many complicated steps. 

Sherringenergy's journey is about finding and learning Eden Energy Medicine aka Eden Method and making energy visible is about breaking down this information into bite size pieces visually. It is about remembering so you can practice and share techniques regularly because of visuals. 

Lastly it's about being able to spark conversations about the energy in the world that can improve your life and everyday well-being. 

I will be “sherringenergy” through quirky cartoons, whimsical cheatsheets and abstract one-line doodles. I will attempt on these pages to make energy visible with references that can connect the energy to the physical. 

Doodling, writing and creating has had very calming affect in my being. Doodle Teez or Blog will be "sherring" the 30+ year journey of a bodyworker integrating Eden Energy Medicine with doodling, videos, new research in a fast paced

world.
