Have you ever met someone who can realign your chakras and your shoulder at the same time?
Well, buckle up, because Sherri is about to rock your world.
Physical Therapist Assistant turned orthopedic escape artist, Sherri now rules her own small business kingdom where massage therapy and energy healing collide in a blaze of enlightenment and elbow grease. She’s the kind of human movement specialist who can spot a tight pectoral minor from across the room and will probably tell you about it while humming her favorite tune. If you think soap is just for cleaning, think again—Sherri writes SOAP notes so sharp they could cut through your pronator teres (not literally, relax).
Did we mention she loves music?
Catch her massaging knots out of your back to the rhythm of a beat you didn’t know you needed.
Orthopedics? Been there.
Healing hands? Got those.
Creative arts? She’ll paint your aura and then fix your posture.
Warning: Symptoms may include sudden wellbeing, excessive relaxation, and spontaneous paint splatter breaks.
If pain worsens at night, don’t worry—Sherri will have you sorted out by sunrise and text you in the morning.....

Ann Sheridan was an HIV clinical nurse supervisor and researcher who ran an outpatient HIV clinic for a nonprofit organization in Newark, New Jersey. Working with patients from diverse backgrounds, Ann observed that those who incorporated complementary therapies into their care often showed significant improvement compared to those relying solely on conventional treatments. These non-Western types of treatment seemed, however, to be making the greatest impact on patients who were more financially well off. Having spent most of her 35-year nursing career in inner-city environments, Ann was always searching for affordable therapies to benefit patients with limited financial resources. Her journey into energy medicine began in 1999 when she discovered Donna Eden’s book Energy Medicine. As her job became increasingly stressful, Ann also turned to Donna’s Energy Medicine Kit, establishing a daily energy routine for herself before heading to work.....
The origin of the hashtag #SherringEnergy dates back to early 2016. At the time, Risa Gans shared a picture of herself in a comment on Facebook —a photo her husband had taken of her sleeping with her arms crossed.
In Eden Method, also known as Eden Energy Medicine (EEM), folding arms in this position is referred to as the Triple Warmer-Spleen Hug. Risa wanted to enhance the photo so she could share it in a Facebook group she ran for transplant survivors.
Risa was a Cystic Fibrosis survivor who had undergone two double lung transplants. She was also the person who introduced many transplant patients to Eden Energy Medicine. Risa practiced EEM daily and credited it with making a significant difference in her life and aiding her post-surgery recoveries.
Over the years, Risa became an active contributor to Eden Energy Medicine Facebook groups and founded two Facebook groups for transplant survivors. When I came across her photo that day, I edited it, added a label, and sent it back to her. She was thrilled with the result and excited to share it in her groups. She then asked me, "What do you sign your work with when you create a meme or photo? What hashtag do you use?" I admitted I didn’t have one.
She smiled and said, "You are SherringEnergy, so that’s what you’ll sign with."
And just like that, the first photo labeled with the hashtag #SherringEnergy was born.
