“I have taught many Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) classes/workshops in the past three years.
Last night I taught The Basics of Acupressure: Theory and Practice for Self-Care to 10 women, aged 16-74. It was the first time that I’ve incorporated Sherri’s EEM Doodles into my handouts. Not only did the Doodles bring a different level of excitement to the pages, the participants intuitively understood the exercise techniques much more quickly than I’ve seen with prior classes.
One woman even asked for the Daily Energy Routine to be put into a Doodle poster to serve as a visual aide for at-home use.

I first met her in an Eden Energy Medicine Foundations classes in 2016. I was impressed with her drawing abilities which helped add understanding to the Eden Energy Medicine concepts.
I've been her client and friend for about 6 years. She is very astute at understanding muscle functioning. She sessions include using massage, energy medicine, or movement. Her techniques are unique and effective; like using Bongers on your body while playing drumming music.
She test all the meridians, and teaches you how to use the meridians to assist you physical body energetically. Then she gives you a little booklet she draws for just you to take home and practice the exercises yourself.

What can I say about Sherri Nicholas!!
I have known Sherri since 1987. Sherri has an insatiable ability to learn, she’s curious, quirky, & funny! She has a photographic memory and is the eternal student. She is a tech geek and easily able to work with anything Mac & PC. For as long as I’ve known her she always sees things in pictures & videos!
This became an invaluable skill after I had a car accident which affected my eyes and I had to learn a whole new way of processing information and learning!
She began to decipher lots of writing and words into pictures for me to understand the information given in my classes.
Sherri had a concussion in 2016 and she then began drawing even more prolifically to simplify written words & information into pictures, icons & videos for herself and others.
