Key Energy Medicine Techniques and Interventions Cheatsheet Reference

This cheat sheet summarizes key interventions, techniques, and home care practices from the in-office energy medicine sessions. It is designed to help practitioners quickly reference treatments, definitions, and actionable steps. It is based on the detailed session notes and definitions provided in the original document.

Session Treatments

Checklist created from chart outlines techniques for both in-office work and home care.

Below are the main interventions categorized by Intake Session, Daily Work, and Home Care.

Intake Session

  • Techniques Used:
    • Kidney-27 (K-27): Held to balance energy.
    • Crossover (X) Exercises: Performed to improve balance left-right hemisphere energy.
    • Hook-Up: Connected the Central and Governing meridians by holding the navel and third eye.
    • Belt Flow: Swept energy across the waist to improve energy flow.
    • Triple Warmer (TW) Reactivity Pose: Calmed the fight-or-flight response.
    • Neurovascular (NV) Holding Points: Held points for grief, panic, and distress.
    • Crystal Spinning: Spun crystal along the spine to release Neurolymphatic Reflex points.

Daily Work

  • Kidney-27 (K-27): Hold to activate the Kidney meridian.
  • X Exercises: Perform to balance energy across the body.
  • Hook-Up: Connect energy circuits by holding navel and third eye.
  • Belt Flow: Trace energy around the waist to balance.
  • Triple Warmer Reactivity Pose: Reduce stress and overactive Triple Warmer meridian.
  • Cross-Shoulder Pull: Trace from shoulder to opposite hip to enhance energy crossovers.
  • Trace Meridians: Trace central, stomach, spleen, and liver meridians for energy flow.

Home Care

Trace Meridians:

    • Central Meridian: "Zip up" central energy from pubic bone to the chin.
    • Trace Belt Flow: Sweep energy across the waist.
    • Flush Liver Meridian: Trace backward once, then forward three times.

Tapping/Touch Techniques:

    • Tap K-27, sternum, and Spleen-21 for energy balance.
    • Hold NV Points (e.g., top of the head, forehead, back of the head).
    • Tap beside the spine for neurolymphatic flow.

Daily Energy Routine (DER):

    • Perform the 9 fundamental energy-balancing exercises (see below for summary).

Stress Relief:

    • Use Energy Psychology (tapping) for emotional distress.
    • Practice "Duck and Cover" (child’s pose with hands on the back of the head).

Radiant Circuits:

    • Activate Yin and Yang circuits to restore balance and vitality.

Grief and Emotional Clearing:

    • Hold top of head (Governing 20 point) and tap NV reflex points.
    • Draw a heart on the face for emotional reset.

Magnetic Therapy:

  • Use biomagnetic pairs (e.g., appendix/thymus, bladder/vagina) to balance energy.

Key Definitions

  • Energy Psychology: Emotional clearing using targeted tapping on acupoints. Tapping acupoints while focusing on distressing thoughts to release emotional and physical tension.
  • Kidney-27 (K-27): Acupoint used to strengthen energy flow.
  • Hook-Up: Holding the navel and third eye to connect Central and Governing meridians.
  • Belt Flow: Tracing energy around the waist to balance upper and lower body energies.
  • Radiant Circuits: Energy flow patterns for emotional and physical vitality (e.g., Penetrating Flow, Yin/Yang Regulator Flow).
  • Daily Energy Routine (DER): A 9-exercise routine to maintain energy balance (includes tapping, tracing meridians, and crossing energies).
  • Triple Warmer (TW) Meridian: Regulates stress, survival instincts, and immune response.
  • Neurovascular (NV) Reflex Points: Points on the head and body that calm emotional distress and improve blood flow to organs.
  • Biomagnetic Pairs: Pairs of magnets placed on specific body points to balance energy.

Summary of Key Techniques Daily Energy Routine:

  1. Tapping: Stimulate K-27, Stomach-2, Spleen-21, and sternum points.
  2. Wayne Cook Exercise: Hold specific poses to organize energies.
  3. Crown Pull: Relieves head tension by stretching midline energy.
  4. Cross Shoulder Pull: Move energy across the body by tracing shoulders to opposite hip.
  5. Trace Central Meridian: Strengthens protective energy by "zipping up" the body.
  6. Hook-Up: Connects energy circuits by holding navel and third eye points.

Summary

This case study highlights the potential of Eden Energy Medicine as a complementary therapy for managing food allergies. By focusing on balancing the body's energy systems, EEM helped a child reduce allergic reactions and safely reintroduce previously allergenic foods. While promising, further research is needed to validate these findings.
